Rubio's Israel Trip: Neocons Back in the Saddle?
Trump drops 'Sometimes you have to' nuke Iran hint, setting the stage for more Middle East shenanigans.

Okay, folks, strap in. Senator Marco Rubio is heading to Israel just as Trump, channeling his inner war hawk, muses about maybe, possibly, potentially vaporizing Iran. 'I would 'love not to use' military force against Iran,' Trump said, adding the kicker: 'Sometimes you have to.' Translation: bombs away, maybe?
Remember that sweet JCPOA deal? Trump ripped it up, and now we're back to square one with the Mullahs. Now, Rubio's off to Israel to pow-wow with Bibi's replacement (or maybe Bibi himself, who knows?). What are they gonna talk about? Sunshine and rainbows? Nah. They're strategizing on how to keep the Iran boogeyman alive and kicking.
Let's be real. The Beltway loves a good proxy war. Keeps the MIC churning, the think tanks funded, and the talking heads on TV pontificating about 'regional stability' (read: lining their pockets). And now the neocons are twitching with glee at the prospect of another regime change operation. It's like Christmas for Lockheed Martin.
Rubio, bless his heart, is just playing his part. He's the designated Israel cheerleader, always ready to parrot the AIPAC line and wave the flag for more intervention in the Middle East. Maybe he'll even get a selfie with a tank. #NeverForget?
But here's the thing the MSM won't tell you: Iran isn't exactly a pushover. They got missiles, they got proxies, and they got a whole lot of sand. Another war in the Middle East would be a Cluster. Truck. Show. Just what we need with inflation, wokeness, and Hunter Biden's laptop still unresolved.
So, while Rubio's sipping tea in Jerusalem and Trump's dropping hints about nuking Tehran, remember this: nobody wins in the Middle East. Except the defense contractors. And maybe Putin, who's probably laughing his butt off at the whole mess. But hey, at least we're fighting for 'democracy,' right?
Maybe this trip will produce another war; Maybe not. The only thing we know for sure is that the status quo of permanent war is the only thing keeping some politicians' and lobbyists' pockets lined with cash. And as the old adage goes 'follow the money' and you will find the truth.
Someone should really photoshop Rubio riding a missile. Just saying.
